Returns & refunds

Take time to decide whether your camera kit fits your setup. Braugo offers a 60-day return window from delivery.

Starting a return

Contact Braugo through the details in your order confirmation before sending anything back. Include your order reference and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Keep the kit together

Return the camera with its supplied accessories, guide and packaging where available. Items should be complete and free from damage caused by misuse or improper installation. Keep proof of return shipment.

Refunds

After the returned kit is received and checked, approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and provide instructions before any return.
