Braugo respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is used when you browse the store or place an order.

Information we collect

When you submit an order, we receive your contact details, delivery address, selected items and payment reference. Our payment provider processes card information; the store does not store your full card number. Technical data such as device information and visited pages may be collected for site operation and security.

How it is used

Information is used to process payments, fulfil orders, provide delivery updates, respond to requests and handle returns. We do not use your purchase details to send marketing emails without consent where consent is required.

Service providers

Payment processing, hosting, delivery and order-management providers receive the information needed to perform their services. These providers may process information outside Canada, where different privacy laws may apply.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask about deletion and retention, using the contact details in your order correspondence. Some records must be kept for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes. You may raise privacy concerns with the appropriate Canadian privacy authority.
